> User Agreement for XDTIP Broadcast Engagement Suite.

1. Scope of Service

XDTIP provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) toolkit including broadcast overlays, real-time alert systems, and creator analytics. By accessing the platform, you agree to use our engagement tools for lawful streaming activities only.

2. Software License & Access

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to utilize our broadcast widgets and dashboard. Users are responsible for:

Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard uplink credentials.
Content Compliance: Ensuring that all messages and media triggered via your overlays adhere to Indian broadcasting laws.
Telemetry Accuracy: Providing correct channel information to sync your broadcast telemetry.

3. Platform Service Fees

XDTIP charges a 6% Platform Service Fee for the maintenance of high-velocity alert servers, websocket hosting, and technical support. This fee is automatically deducted from interactions processed via our integrated third-party payment gateways.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

To maintain system integrity, users are strictly prohibited from:

Utilizing the alert system for illegal gambling or unauthorized fundraising.
Attempting to reverse-engineer our websocket architecture or overlay code.
Using the TTS (Text-to-Speech) engine to broadcast hate speech or prohibited content.

5. Limitation of Liability

XDTIP provides software "as-is." While we strive for 0ms latency, we are not liable for broadcast delays caused by local ISP failures, third-party gateway downtime, or streaming platform API changes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate "Dashboard Uplink" access for users who violate these protocols or initiate fraudulent disputes against service fees.
