This Privacy Policy outlines how our software handles data to provide interactive overlays and broadcast telemetry.

1. Information Architecture & Software Data

To provide our engagement suite and manage user accounts, we collect data categorized as follows:

Account Credentials: Full Name and Email Address required for account authentication and software access.
Creator Identity: Stream channel links or usernames to sync broadcast overlays with the correct live feed.
Service Metadata: Information required to process platform service fees and maintain active software subscriptions.
Interaction Data: Timestamps and viewer-generated messages used solely to trigger real-time visual alerts and telemetry on the creator's overlay.

            XDTIP is a software provider. We do not act as a payment processor. All financial transactions initiated via third-party integrations are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree). We do not store credit card or bank credentials.
