Refund Policy

Digital Service: No-Refund Policy

All fees paid for Broadcast Interaction Services and Software Alerts are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once the digital service has been executed.

1. Service Execution Acknowledgement

XDTIP provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) interaction layer. By initiating a transaction to trigger a live broadcast alert, you acknowledge the following:

  • The service (triggering a real-time visual/auditory alert on a live feed) is delivered instantaneously upon payment confirmation.
  • Once the alert has appeared on the broadcast, the digital service is considered "fully rendered" and consumed.
  • Users are paying for the Software Usage Fee required to interact with the creator's live overlay.

2. Why Refunds Are Not Supported

As a provider of real-time digital services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy due to:

  • Immediate Fulfillment: Digital assets and software triggers cannot be "returned" once they have been displayed on a live broadcast.
  • Platform Operational Costs: Non-recoverable server processing fees and third-party infrastructure costs are incurred at the moment of the transaction.
  • Support Integrity: To protect our software users (creators) from fraudulent interaction claims.

3. Fraud & Chargeback Prevention

XDTIP employs advanced telemetry to track the successful delivery of every alert. Unauthorized disputes or "Friendly Fraud" are handled with a zero-tolerance approach.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or fraudulent dispute:
  • Account Termination: All associated IDs and payment fingerprints will be permanently banned from the SaaS platform.
  • Evidence Submission: We will provide the banking institution with time-stamped logs of the successful alert delivery as proof of service.
  • Reporting: Fraudulent activity is reported to national cyber-security and financial monitoring divisions.

4. Technical Anomalies

In the rare event of a verified technical failure (e.g., the alert system was offline during a successful payment), users may contact support@xdtip.in within 24 hours. If our logs confirm the service was not delivered, a credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
